When doing a pushup, what muscles in my body works? Is it only the chest muscles that work?

I also heard taking pushups is far better than crunches. Is this true?

How do I get my bowels moving?

Ideally, you'd want to eat as much fat as possible from nuts, seeds, avocados, and fish, and as close to zero as possible from cheese and bacon. But since you're jumping on the keto bandwagon and posting ifunny.co tier memes you're probably doing it exactly to eat more bacon and cheese, so whatever I'd say about oats, beans and lentils being good for you and about CICO being the most important thing for weight loss, not ketosis, or about how 30% of the energy you get from carbs (excess energy that doesn't replenish glycogen stores in the muscles) becomes fat through de novo lipogenesis, while fats become fatty cells at a near 0% energy cost, will all likely fall on deaf ears.

that's pretty much all my diet consists of when i do keto. i was on keto for about 3 weeks but it gave me terrible insomnia, no idea why. now i just eat carbs with and after dinner, eg a couple of little potatoes and a mug of warm milk to help me sleep.

My fellow /fit/izens, I come to you with the need of your wisdom.

I've read the light novels of Goblin Slayer and have become a huge fan of Goblin Slayer's stoicism and wits when it comes to his job. This brings me to our reality, where I see niggers and sand people do goblin-like things. Raping, pillaging, kidnapping the women for breeding purposes, it all makes me sick and angry. I would like to understand ways of becoming strong enough to protect myself and others from these creatures.

What kind of workout routine would allow me to complete such tasks?

I already understand and have experience with cardio and packing lightly for travel, so any other advice would be very much appreciated.
