Are Inov8 Fastlift 325s worth it? I've found a decent price (£77.99 bongdollars). They've got the same midsole material as the Romaleos and Adipowers but they're considerably cheaper.

Is there a limit on how much protein powder i can consume per day? Can it effectively provide more than 50% of my protein intake daily with no risks or complications?
>When to take it
How much protein powder can i assume per hour without killing myself? Say i need 150g of protein i couldn't get from food. That'd require quite a big shake, but can i, in theory, drink it in just a few minutes or do i have to split it up during the day?
>Micronutrients
If i manage to supplement/get my vitamins and other good shit elsewhere, can i use protein powder as a substitute for a whole meal? Or is it gonna fuck me up in the long term?

Been a little over a month since I started working out. And for the past week or so, every time I wake up I am super depressed and irritable until I go to the gym and get my heart rate up. Anyone else have this problem? Is this normal?

How does human digestion work, specifically in regards to suppliments?
If I want to suppliment each day with a multivitamin, fish oil, raw garlic, creatine and ashwagandha, is it okay to take everything with a meal in the morning?
I know zma is best taken at night for example.

So I don't want to pay $100 USD for a "template" from Dr Mike Israelis website, but I've done my best to try make my own template using his methodology on min/max recovery volume, and doing high frequency for small body-parts and low frequency for big body parts.

Anyone here actually have one of his official templates? Am I anywhere close?

If you look at the excel image you'll see I'm already using (((Dr Mike Israels))) guide for each body-parts min/max recoverable volume.

The main thing I'm unsure about is if it matters where spread that volume out, and if I've done it decently in my current setup in OP pic.
