Do workouts like Insanity actually work? I'm fat as fuck and these fat person hate threads motivate me and I'm thinking of doing the insanity workout to start myself off.

Read the fucking sticky retard. You don't have to worry about making any gains, because judging by your character, you won't be making any anyhow.

They work if you take it slow as fuck and don't instantly try to 100% keep up with the people doing them. They also work if you find some way to stick to it.

It's a shitton of cardio so it can get you leaner, but since you're fat it will probably just get you injured if you're not careful.

Much easier to do a proper short hiit workout or just jog everyday.

I'm 31 now, 7 years lifting now, and I can't get enough of it, it's a fucking addiction, I don't even feel like life is worth living without lifting weights now.

What workout should I do to even out? It's been over a year since I had a routine, and trying to get back into it. Also, at Uni so free gym but shit food. Give me my routine for the next 3 months.

Do you guys sometimes eat just to keep your gains rather than the enjoyment of it?

If I'm going through my normal week I won't even make myself a plate not even warm up my food. I will just stand by the fridge and eat whatever I had prep for the week. If I roasted chicken I will just rip a big chunk off shove it in my mouth then grab a hand full of veggies and put that in my mouth and just start munching it till I can swallow it down. Do that a few more times till I think I reached my desired calories and then just grab a jug of water and drink that down till full
