I don't understand why so many people spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on supplements, diet and even gear every year to get in summer shape, when they could easily save this money and do a once off liposuction around their waist, of which those fat cells never come back... a rather somewhat ok diet will keep you lean for years, no one would ever know

If you are already using gear, you're not reaching your goals naturally anyways

Is it shame, /fit/? scared of being labelled a pussy for walking into a cosmetic surgery store? is it because it wouldn't make you feel like a "man" that you try so hard to be?
