So after having an orgasm a couple of weeks ago, I got this orgasm headache thing where I had this immediate pain in the back of my neck and head that lasted like 5 minutes. I then had it a second time because I couldn't not jack off. It hasn't happened since, but I started having this weird pain in my stomach and heart. It feels like my stomach is full, and my heart randomly starts hurting, and I get nauseous. This has been going on the past two weeks. It DOESN'T come on from exertion, just randomly. Today it came on when I woke up and went away after I ate ate/drank. When I eat or drink something though it feels like my heart beat like hits the food on the way down or something. It's fucking weird. I feel like shit. My heart keeps getting this random ache, and my stomach always aches or feels full, but like I'm hungry at the same time, it's really annoying. It almost feels like I have a stomach ulcer or something pulsating beneath my belly button that hurts and feels weird if i push on it.
Does anyone have any fucking idea what this is before I go to a doctor and spend a lot of money? btw my BMI is like 19 so I am not obese or anything.

could be postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, I've got the stuff with a whole sleu of joint/muscle problems, pretty much when you change posture your heartrate changes abnormal amounts. for me doing burpees could potentially kill me. could be torn esophagus or ulcers or something too, can't be sure, go see a doctor.
