How bad is weed for gainz?

lets have a srs thread

I've been smoking nonstop daily for the past 30 days today is the first day I didn't smoke.

A few years ago I smoked everyday for 7 months straight and realized it made me a piece of shit 420 meme so I quit and for a couple of years focused on business etc. Month ago a friend gave me a joint and I smoked literally after years and the high was on tibet enlightenment mode. Fast forward me chasing that same high everyday for 30 days and the last joint yesterday I just sat there with no buzz. Burnt out my cannabanoid receptors I suppose. I'd smoke one joint at the end of the day, the day would include work social gatherings and hardcore gym *tips* and gainz were only affected the first week of constant marijoana. Felt lethargic and overall weak.

What's your experience been like? In for answers

The physical negative effects areyour estrogen levels go up a little, your lungs get worse & you may get tired quickly. Also the brain cell thing. I believe that 100%, quit smoking against my will & my memory & thinking has vastly improved over my 11 weeks.

I'd say keep the smoking down to 2-3 a week if you're gonna be lifting and stuff. I think it makes you lethargic but its all up to you.

I can't lift for 4-5 hours after I smoke. Way too weak and slow

Started working out for a month now gradually leaving 4chan too stopped playing all games...again.....
Some girl did a mini porno with tits through the interwebs like 3 days ago too and that motivated the fuck out of me reminding me of all the Qt's I turned down for being such a faggot and made me reallllyyy want to stop bing such an Autist all the time and also reminded me of this one girl with fucking HUGE tits it fucking turned down...kill me now....
I have been doing 200 Pushups
20 min of running
50 30 pound weights
like 100 ish Dumbbell side bends
And that is from only one workout now that I wokout at 5AM too from dat motivation I probably do about double this a day

Problem is I don't know how to do for my stomach
Really want to get a 6pack as fast as possible or at least a good definition asap
At the very least get a decent 6pack in the next 3 months, any workout recommendations for a 6pack?
I'm willing to do pretty much anything, don't care how hard, not really sure about what diet to take either desu.

I've become convinced that there's some sort of barbell cabbala going on at my gym.

Actually, I go to two different gyms and it's the same thing at both. I always load the same weights for my lifts, but sometimes they feel e-Z-p-Z and other times I have difficulty completing them (not accounting for upgrades obviously, I'm talking within a 2 day interval at the same weight). I thought this just depended on how I felt that day, how much sleep I had gotten, etc. but today I switched barbell mid-sets and, whereas I was barely able to complete my reps on the first barbell, I had an easier time after I switched. Now mind you, these two barbells looked pretty much exactly the same, but obviously there was a significant weight difference between them.

I don't know what's going on exactly but obviously there's some kind of Jewish masterplan at work here, right? There are absolutely no weight indication on any of the barbells, so I always just assumed they were regular 20kg bars, but I've got a mind to take them out of the weight room, weigh them on the locker room scale and mark them with a sharpie so I don't get tricked anymore.

The second gym I go to also has a bunch of different barbells with no numbers on them, except that some have different color tape on them, while others have nothing. What the fuck is going on and why are the jews doing this to me? Please help.
