You seem to have just started lifting so I guess you haven't realized that lifting does not get you girls so there is no 'weight range' that will get you girls

fuck bro, forget about doing a lot of volume, pic related was my routine before I started working, I needed a full week recovery after two weeks doing both things. It's fucking overkill, even more if you are only doing throw downs (is this a correct term? I'm spanish) and carrying waste. Just stick to a couple-days routine and don't push yourself too much, at least until you are stronger. And EAT A FUCKLOAD OF GOOD FOOD

Okay /fit/, can someone explain to me where the whole high carb/low fat diet came from? Freelee's sources that say excess starch doesn't create fat don't look credible. Do people just lose weight on it because they get off their ass and stop eating junk food? And don't they lose lean mass on so little protein?
