Is it better to take a cold shower, or a relatively warm shower that concludes with a freezing exit? As in, starting of hot and turning down the temperature before you get out?

I actually wash my body in a mildly warm shower, because the steam opens the pores on your skin so I feel like I get a better clean that way. Then I cut off all hot water and go pure cold for anywhere from 1-5 minutes making sure entire body gets it. This not only helps muscle recovery but also gives that luxurious skin feeling. 10/10 would recommend

I dont know about that guy but before summer I start to do colder and colder showers. Within a couple weeks I dont even need to turn the hot water on. The hard part is getting used to the shock

Anons that used to be overweight, which workouts and exercises helped you lose the most fat? Obviously cardio and eating less help, but what specifically aided the most in your journey? I'm a 5'7", 240 lbs gordo. Ive been working out pretty consistently the past few weeks, and I want to maximise my results.

For me the first thing I did was quit soda completely. From there I started to lose a bit of weight then I went from eating 4000cals a day to 2000cals to 1500cals a day with some moderate workout and the fat just started melting off.

I'm tall so I don't know if this will work out for you but give it a go if you want.

getting tired of my Lean Cuisine so I was looking at other options.

They have some nice low carb options and some high protein options but its all too low on calories, like 170 - 190. not going to fill me up. Need something around 300--400 calories and high protein.

What do you all buy for frozen dinners to heat up?

What's better doing:

probably the last two are better for strength than the first one just because once you get to the bottom of the ladder of drop sets, you're really training endurance more than anything else. I imagine that's pretty good for building muscle though
