Read up on what doms are. It's a normal thing for a newbie. You will probably be fine to workout without needing additional rest. No to painkkillers, doms go away once you get moving and lifting again

The only con I can actually think of is the fact that you look like a retard doing it but if it works, it works. I especially recommend it to people who are trying to lose LOTS of weight.

Shawn has other stuff too; I've heard of people using like Insanity: The Asylum to lose that extra BMI percentage.

I eat a pretty healthy diet normally but I do splurge from time to time. I was watching Greg O'Gallagher's videos and he seems to be in amazing shape claiming through IF but I don't know if it is healthy. He claimes IF has all these health benefits but I can't seem to find anything about if it's true or not. What do I do?
