How do /fit/izens cook their chicken? Cutting and most of my meat intake is chicken, so I'm wondering how else I can mix it up without blowing out my calories.

As far as gym equipment, I have...

1.) Treadmill, rower, pull up stand. The pull up stand is the only thing I use regularly, the treadmill I want to get some more workouts in on, and the rower hurts my balls so I don't use it (wouldn't recommend buying one.)
2.) Treadmill: ~$1500, rower: ~$1000, pull up stand: ~$250.
3.) Treadmill: yes, when I use it, it's very easy, rower: no, pull up stand: yes.

I also have a set of Bowflex adjustable weights and a few dumbbells I use and I like them but can't remember how much they cost.

Even if I hated all this equipment I would still use it because I'm tired of people who don't work out going to the gym and sitting on the equipment all day long.

>can make as much sound as i want
>can play my own music, or bring laptop with me and watch shit between sets

How much did it cost?- I don't remember, I bought it all up slowly over about 2 years while I was still lifting at my local gym.

Pros and Cons?

>Uni gym in downtown of my city
Pros
>Free for students
>Convenient lockers right after stairwell
>Never have to wait for equipment at 8:00am
>2 power racks, 1 squat rack
>Two Olympic platforms that no one ever uses
>qt3.14 college instructor always benches in front of me at the power rack even when there are 5 other benches open
>Hardly any dudebros, mostly just average build/DYEL sticking to routines and minding their own business

Cons
>Have to check in with school ID at customer services for a wristband to use platform
>Often have to re-rack weight when I show up at the power rack
>People who do re-rack put all the plates of a certain weight on one side of the power rack (this triggers me).
>Staff is as DYEL as me so I feel I can't ask for form advice from them
>Everyone's on their phones in between sets, saw a guy texting while doing leg press this morning.
>Takes me 35-45 minutes to get from my house to my gym in the morning depending on traffic.
>Have to many obligations after, and need sleep gains before so I can't ride the bus. Have to take my SUV, so spend a lot of money on gas.

Personally, I see myself staying with the fitness lifestyle for the rest of my life but most likely having to neglect my diet due to lack of preparation time.

One of my biggest fears is to be that fat old dad whos balding. Even just the old fat dad.
I remember clearly when i was 12 all the wives at my soccer games would mire one of our teamamates dads big time and he could have not been much more then a 1.5 plate bench curl bro in his 40's.
