Dumbell bench press vs barbell bench press. I do the former as I don't have a spotter right now. What do you think of these, which is better and why?

Barbell is nice cause more weight total cause you have to stabilize less
Dumbbell is nice because you use stabilizers more and you can make sure you dont have any imbalances

I find dumbbells comfier desu, I haven't found anything to suggest you make less gains with them so I do dB press.

Hey /fit/, I used to be pretty skinnyfat, and had some gross stretch marks developing on my belly and arms. I've been working out for a couple of months and am starting to lose weight, but my stretch marks are still there. What can I do to get rid of them? pic sort of related, not as bad as this guy's

I got pretty bad stretch marks too OP and unfortunately you can't do much about them. You can moisturize them daily after showering and it will help them appear less visible though
The only way to get rid of them is through laser but that's still not 100% guaranteed to get rid of them all the way.
My advice is just to put cocoa butter on them and get used to them like everyone else who has them too

I'm getting these insane hunger attacks in the evening (past 10pm) and can't stop eating.
My blood was tested and everything seems fine except a little Vitamin D deficite.
I tried drinking a fuck ton water and to just not eat but it simply didn't work.
My psychiatrist said there's no pill which reduces hunger. Note that this also includes antidepressiva and antipsychotics which I can get prescribed. I had many of them in the past but most of them also caused other side effects such as sleep disorder and dryness.
Is he right?

The animal is baisicly half quad. I like to get a box of em at the pet store in my area that specializes in reptiles and then throw them in my protein shake.
Crickets also have 200mg of testosterone, I've gotten swole just by adding ground crickets into my pre-workout protein shake.
