I recently wanted to try new flavors of Whey Protein. I ordered Tropical Punch thinking there may be some potential in it.

Boy, I was terribly wrong. It is this terrible chalky mess that I can barely down. Worst part is milk actually makes it taste better. Now think about that. Tropical Punch + Milk makes it taste better. Eww.

Where I am getting with this is I bought one of my favorites (Rocky Road) to replace Tropical Punch. But now I have this nearly full 5 lbs container of Tropical Punch that I don't know what to do with.

What do you think, /fit/itzens? What should I do with the terrible, TERRIBLE Tropical Punch?

I know some pro BBs and they all use DNP by don't tell normies because of all the false negative hype about it. If you have only six months until comp, are you gonna build muscle for five and then cut with DNP for one? Or build. Muscle for three and then cut for three? It's a no-brainer for BBs. They'll do anything to maximize gains.

Hi /fit/.
I'm a fat fuck, 270lbs. 5"6. I don't go outside.
I've tried VLCDs, Keto, low calories. I could never stick to most of them because they took soemthing out that I crave. Like VLCD I really needed to chew something, and aparently you are only supposed to do those 500 calorie diets for 1 month at max. Lost 22 lbs in one month on that one and gained most of it back.
I tried keto but since my parents are muslim I can't eat pork. Chicken and beef gets fucking old.
So anyway.
Now I'm sticking to 1200 calories a day. I'm hoping I can get my doctor to give me some medicine to help with my dieting/appetite.
Thing is I don't know if I'd be better off forcing myself to do keto or not. Since I do have a fair bit of "natural muscle?" and I had better mood in keto.
This is bullshit, I'm sorry.
Basically : Keto or 1200 calories a day? Exercise is probably not something I'm going to do, so I feel like 1200 calories a day is more reliable since I can sort of eat what I like so long as I don't eat nearly as much.

You're going about this all wrong. You're not going to be able to stick to 1200 calories a day. Calculate your TDEE and eat at a slight deficit (few hundred calories). It'll be easier to stick with and you'll gradually lose weight. Do yourself a favor and do some light cardio (not jogging or running, try cycling or elliptical). If you don't do any cardio you're really going to look terrible even once you get to normal weight. As you lose weight keep gradually decreasing your caloric intake. Don't starve yourself you idiot, you will never make lasting change that way.

Anyone tried these?

It's time to replace my tub of ON Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate. I try not to buy things with artificial sweeteners in them, as a general rule. ON's Double Rich Chocolate is their only flavor that does not contain sucralose, but it does contain acesulfame pottassium. As far as I can tell, almost all whey protein powders contain both.

Are there any good protein powders that do not contain artificial sweeteners?

What's your favorite protein? What do you look for in a good protein powder? If you were given a powder you'd never heard of before, how would you assess its quality?

fucking chest press. what do i do when i do 12 reps the first set, wait a minute, do only 8 the second, wait another minute, and barely eek out 5 reps? Is this natural? Actually shorter people have better leverages for lifting. Shorter people can also recover from slightly more work, because strictly speaking they don't move the weight as far (which means that they're actually doing less volume even if it's the same on paper).

The downside is that you do have less total muscle than a taller person (all other things being equal).

Depending on how much muscle you can manage to build, you can absolute be able to lift really heavy shit. A 75 kg lean manlet will outlift a 75 kg lean lanklet every time. But of course the lanklet will eventually be able to build more total muscle in the long run, given that he is simply a bigger person (again, all other things being equal).

To answer your questions directly, EVERYBODY in the whole World unless they suffer from some crazy disease, can hit 1/2/3/4. Some people might take many years to get there, but it's definitely possible.
I've done it, and I'm pretty much the least athletic person on the face of the Earth. Took a while though.
