What do you do for energy?

I recently started a new job that requires I wake up at 4:30 every morning. I'm not used to this kind of schedule and I feel drained by the time I get home.

Is there a preworkout that you guys recommend? I've been using black coffee and creatine (coffee and hour before and creatine just before), but it doesn't seem to be working well for me and I just generally feel drained.

Creatine doesnt supply any energy, take it post workout.
I can only lift early in the day aswell, your only option is to wake up at 12 or 1 in the morning. You'll get used to it.

I'm cutting at 1500kal a day. Work from 6am-5:30pm Mon-Fri. Lift and toss 50lbs flour bags. I dont eat at work, just a light breakfast. I manage to go to the gym. For me, it's mental and telling myself I can do it.

Hey /fit I've got a problem

obviously I don't except a quick solution or anything but I'll usually workout for 5-6 hours a week and eat decently. Any help is appreciated.

Fuck squats. I don't like them, they don't like me. I feel bad doing them and I feel bad when I finish them (just not satisfied, not in pain).
Pondering to stop doing them alltogether and replace them or up the dealifts.

On the other hand, OHP and Deadlifts? Man those are some good feels right there.

Hey /fit/ i have a question about growth hormones and tallness

So between 15 all the way to 18 I had a shit ton of bad habits (when I started high school). I smoked often, ate a shit ton of candy, drank sodas and overall bad nutrition.

My question is, as a 19 year old 6'0 guy who has finally adopted better sleeping, nutritional and excercising habits, will I regain all that tallness I lost or is it forver lost?
