What do you do for energy?
I recently started a new job that requires I wake up at 4:30 every morning. I'm not used to this kind of schedule and I feel drained by the time I get home.
Is there a preworkout that you guys recommend? I've been using black coffee and creatine (coffee and hour before and creatine just before), but it doesn't seem to be working well for me and I just generally feel drained.
>inb4 man up, I wake up at 1am!!!1!!
I know that everyone has a different schedule and some can handle it but right now mine is killing me.

Creatine doesnt supply any energy, take it post workout.
I can only lift early in the day aswell, your only option is to wake up at 12 or 1 in the morning. You'll get used to it.
I'm cutting at 1500kal a day. Work from 6am-5:30pm Mon-Fri. Lift and toss 50lbs flour bags. I dont eat at work, just a light breakfast. I manage to go to the gym. For me, it's mental and telling myself I can do it.

Caffeine Pills, like 2 cents per pill of 100mg, approximately the same amount as in one coffee. I used to spend like $5 a day on Energy drinks so caffeine pills are a great cheap, fast, and low calorie alternative for a broke college student.
Seeing posts like this reminds me that most people on 4chan are legit neets
youll get used to it
i in fact started several addictions because of my job
nicotine and caffeine will be your best friends

Go to sleep earlier, dumbass.
Also, eat something at work. Calories = energy.

I take cold showers in the morning, and at night. Helps me sleep and helps me wake up. Over relying on anything but myself for my job.
