Hey /fit I've got a problem
>be mildly fat (5 11" 165lb with about 20-25% body fat
>started going to gym again and working out
>do cardio and lifting
>eating moderately better
>after about 3 months of doing this still almost no change on weight aside from gaining a small amount of muscle
obviously I don't except a quick solution or anything but I'll usually workout for 5-6 hours a week and eat decently. Any help is appreciated.
