Just quit caffeine after around 10 years of constant use. I'd probably consume 5 - 10 cups of coffee per day and sometimes other sources like coke. On my second day so far, feel like a zombie with no energy and have crazy headaches. What sort of benefits can I expect? Decided to quit as I was seriously addicted to that shit and needed it to get through the day.

pleb option desu. I deload caffeine every three months or so. taper down to about 100mg/day for a week and then drop it completely for one week. then build back up.

as a 6 ft 130 lbs skelly, can I get a decent body just by eating a lot (not junk) and doing push ups, curls, sit ups and squats in my apartment?

what i've been doing for workouts is:
30 push ups
30 curls each arm
600 sit ups, sets of 50-70~
like 30 or so squats

Hey /fit/, I just started my way on getting a nice shape and was searching stuff about diets and stuff.

How am I supposed to eat 130g of protein in 2.100cal/day without supplements? Isnt it like a whole lot of food? Woudnt it pass the 2.100cal maximum?

Please give me tips on eating more protein in that many calories

You should be ashamed of yourself for having to ask.

You can get some nice protein from yogurt/dairy stuff, but you have to read labels to be sure that it's a calorie/protein ratio that you like.
Skyr can be nice.

You can get 160g of protein in under 1500 calories.

Protein powder is a scam, it often has more calories per gram of protein than actual food sources. Use it sparingly, rely on food more than powders.
Same for protein bars, but you can find some good ones if you read the labels and compare numbers.

With starting strength you're meant to add 5lbs every workout, but what if you're not able to complete the set because of it? Do you continue adding yet another 5lbs the following workout, or do you only add the weight once you're able to complete the sets?

Hey guys, I'm 22 and my plates haven't fused yet. I'm 5'6 so I'd really like to grow before they fuse. I've read that high levels of testosterone when taken before the plates fuse can increase height.

In the US how can you get such things for relatively cheap? I've heard about high-secreting peptides and just buying straight up HGH. Would those work, be cheap, and be legal? Where could I get those?
