Hey. So i have a question about lower back stifness. I started going to the gym and doing 5x5 about a month ago. I have a background doing calisthenics for about a year so it didnt take me long to start lifting relatively heavy for a beginner. My problem is that almost every time i have deadlifts (twice a week) and back extensions i get lower back stifness. Usually i have work the next day and when i work (lifting fairly light boxes from and other warehouse shit like that) i get mad lower back stiffness. Like right above the belt line above the asscrack slightly to the left. I sometimes have to stop what im doing and stretch since it feels too tense. Almost like cramping. Deep squats and touching toes helps. But its not a sharp pain or anything and it doesnt hurt during the lifts (i keep a neutral back and keep the weights manageable). Im wondering if this is a sign of overtraining and is it something i should be worried about. I did get into going ham pretty fast. I eat right and clean but dont get too much sleep so maybe its that. I can answer any questions and post my lifts if needed.

How third world anons manage to consume 180g of protein daily?
I have 1.94 m, Im getting a certificate in electronics on the afternoon and I'm an intern at night, the free time, in the morning I have, I lift.

Parents just give me a plate of meal to lunch and to dinner.
I can't even make 10 eggs/day because it would end the eggs of the month in a week.
They don't really care about my nutrition as long as i'am alive.

Considering not going on gym anymore because bulking is expensive af. Please send help.
