Couldn't agree more. Would be great if mobile devices just couldn't access 4chan. Some people would get around it, but most of the people who browse on their phones because they can't have others seeing it (high schoolers, normalfags living with other normalfags, etc) would probably just move on.

Hey /fit/
So I'm starting to lift weights tomorrow, never really lifted before other than the odd thing when I was 16 ish and i didn't know what I was doing (nor do I now). I'm now 25.

Whilst I would like to put some muscle on for aesthetic reasons, I primarily want dat der gorilla strength. I'm going to do SL 5 X 5 (read about it on this board, seems beginner friendly and I only weight 125lbs so it seems a good starting point). Is there anything else I should add for strength gains? The only other thing I've thought of are pull ups and turksish get ups.

I have a low testosterone, according to my doctor.
I have 1,91 ng/ml biodisponible testosterone (don't know how to translate correctly, sorry).

I wanted to know if I could have some neat gainz even with a low testosterone level, and if not, what should I do?

Depends, could be because of vitamin deficiency or, because you're a fatfuck and not eating properly.

Try and fix it and get another test ~(Don't fap either, this fucks with the test).

If you're still fucked, then get on TRT it will change your life alot, not just in terms of gains but quality of life.

Also, I live in France and because we have free healthcare, they don't allow anybody to have TRT to avoid people abusing the system. I wish I could do it though.
