When you tell other people (Let's not kid ourselves, you asspies will show off at any opportunity you get) your lifting stats, do you also include the weight of the bar?
For example, 20kg weights on each side of the bar, plus a 20kg bar. Do you tell people you bench 40kg or 60kg?
do you lift the bar or just the weights ?

bonus protip: plates marked 45lbs actually weigh less than 45lbs because there is a hole cut in the middle.
I just tell them how many bars I lift
eg. I lift 3 bars = I lift 60kg
6 bars = 120kg etc.

It's all about calories at the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you eat them in the morning, for lunch or dinner. You just need to get the calories at some point of the day

Took a break for 4 months, ate healthy, actually lost a ton of fat, because not feeling hungry.
Went back to lifting, in about a month almost back to my old weights.
It's not that bad really, but pretty hard mentally to feel weak.
