Literally the ultimate cutting food. All I've eaten for the past 3 days is whipped cream, and the weight loss is great. Plus, it puts you into ketosis (from personal experience).

Reallistically, how much muscle will I lose if I go on a hard cut?
I'm 5'9", 85 kg at around 20% body fat, I want to get to at least 12% in as little time as possible and I'm willing to take it to 1000 kcal a day
And what kind of lifting should I do to minimise the gains lost?

Whats up /fit/,

I want your advice on whether I should continue bulking up to 325 and then start cutting or stop at 300 and start cutting now.

I've been following a program which recommended "cutting out the middle man" and had a caloric guide on bulking up from my starting weight of 180 to 325 and then sculpt that into massive gains without the cycles.

I've been following this program for almost 2 years now and I'm at 300lbs, but I'm struggling and starting to get a little depressed with myself. Not lifting for so long has made me so weak in daily life.

Is now the time to harvest my gains?

No not a troll, just a thought in the two. I reached 2plt bench for reps way before I was even able to squat 3plt for 1RM. For a lot of my friends it was the opposite. Current stats:

Those other lifts are never impressive because usually faggots have the worst possible form imaginable
Having said that, 3pl8 parallel squat for reps with a flat back also makes my dick leak

So, my wife is asking me to make a list of shit that I want for christmas, and pic related. mwf I go to the gym, and tts I train judo/bjj, and sunday is meal prep day.
Staying fit is my hobby and christmas is just something that steals my gains.
Anyway, her family never knows what to buy me, and last year I got two hoodies, a gym bag and some kicks. I'd be super happy getting the same thing. So far, I've told my wife that I want some nike free runs and that's all I could think of. She wants a bigger list, and I'm coming up blank.
Asking for things like gift cards for fuel so that I can go to grappling tournaments or whatnot seem oddly specific, and I'd ask for a gi, but I'm an odd size, so I either have to buy separates, (or get a lanky fight gear gi and they are all sold out of my size at the moment.)

tldr: what should I ask my wife's family for this christmas so that they can feel good about giving me something during their christmas celebration, which, I'd just as soon not celebrate.

Are you still making LP? If so, then stay on SS.

And what's your bf%? If its <20% then no, keep eating. If it's >20% then eat at a 250 kcal deficit until you're back down to 12-15%.
You should incorporate cardio regardless if you're actually trying to get healthy as opposed to just trying to look good.
