Hey y'all. Just wanted to say hello. This is my first time on this thread. You are infamous. 12 days ago stopped drinking for good, after being a moderate daily drinker for 15 years. I have an athletic body type, but I am overweight from the booze. Looking forward to cuts. However, I have an injured foot from overworking [tendinitis now] and have been in and out of a wheelchair for 6 weeks.

I have a weight bench now with a couple of dumbbells, but not much overall weight (not going for super strength but want to cut fat). Can't really cardio traditionally with a fucked up foot.

Thanks for reading and nice to meet you. Any advice would help. Can also post pics/stats if anyone is interested for advice purposes.

You've answered your own question. As you progress with your lifts, lose bf and gain muscles, deep down you come to the realization of "Hey, if I actually put effort into something, it'll work out eventually!".

Thus, you notice "flaws" easier and while your buddy sees a chick with big tits and goes like daammn, you actually think "Trace of double chin, flubber on the arms, slight belly, fat on the thighs wiggling during steps ... she'll probably get fat as fuck once her metabolism slows down a bit and she probably already gains a few pounds over every holiday season, that she can't get rid of!".

You notice signs that some chicks are only viewed as attractive because they aren't unattractive; they don't have a firm asses from working out, they simply have an ass that looks kinda ok in jeans because they aren't too fat.


Also, lifting makes you gay.

So one of my "friends" send pic related and with it said that lifting is "penis compensation". But he said "no offence tho" so its okay :))))))))). Anyway it was dedicated to me and my other friend who lifts aswell.

Sup /fit/ I've been eating this for the last three weeks. Twice a day.

I drink some tea when I have to read for college, and do some weighs exercise at home with dumbbells and my own body weight.
The thing is that I need money, did kinda the same last month but was not enough and I can't get goddamn job for now.
The Kilogram of Rice costs me about 0,70 dollar, the 6 pack eggs about 1 dollar.

I was wondering for some advice to improve my cheap diet, you know to not get damage about it, but keep it cheap.

I'm 190cm tall, 84kg last checked.

Make a smoothie. Here are rough estimates.
1 medium banana - 105
1 scoop of whey protein - 100
2 tbsp peanut butter - 190
3 tbsp flax meal - 150
1 cup milk - 120
1 cup strawberries - 50

That's 715 calories right there and you can sip it. If you like chocolate, you can add 2 to 3 tbsps of cocoa powder, which is 10 calories per tbsp as well.


Snacking on any nut is also good. It's around 200 calories per 1/4 cup.
