Sup /fit/ I've been eating this for the last three weeks. Twice a day.
> About 200g of cheap white rice
> 2 eggs, boiled.
> Some canned peas, about 2 spoon fulls
I drink some tea when I have to read for college, and do some weighs exercise at home with dumbbells and my own body weight.
The thing is that I need money, did kinda the same last month but was not enough and I can't get goddamn job for now.
The Kilogram of Rice costs me about 0,70 dollar, the 6 pack eggs about 1 dollar.
I was wondering for some advice to improve my cheap diet, you know to not get damage about it, but keep it cheap.
I'm 190cm tall, 84kg last checked.

because you use a comma for a decimal point i'll assume you live in a backwoods euorpean shithole. If they have quinoa (probably at a health food store) you could try that. slightly more expensive than rice but better protons. if your country hasnt developed that yet, consider catching and strangling small game to supplement your rice

Why do you eat so little?

try to find meat on sale and freeze it
get oats too
and seasonal fruit since its less expensive
peanut butter is super cheap on prozis or myprotein and is amazing for kcals and fats, not to mention taste, I paid less than 5€ for 1kg of 100% crunchy peanut butter from mp, will try prozis next time since price is similar but dunno the taste
beans are also cheap and goat
try lentils instead of rice to add some variety plus its has similar macros except 25g protein per 100g
If you're a slav just stuff yourself with tons of quark and buckwheat, both are cheap.

>buckwheat
what is this and where do I get it
here in Portugal I can easily find quark on aldi so I guess that thing must be in some supermarket as well
I also have a ukrainian cook and she tells me to try sarracen stuff because its pretty healthy and good for weightlifters

Might probably be rare where you live.
