Would you still gain muscle? Like say I decide to do front squats, dips, push press and farmers walk or any combination of 4 "big" lifts as my main.
Of course the LP would not last for very long but would muscles grow all the same?

Here's my thinking: the more progress you make on heavy exercises, the more you gain.
So why not just broaden exercise selection an run several LPs with different lifts until LP is completely exhausted due tu all the different movement patterns having been pushed to the max?
I mean sure you'd end up a jack of all trades and master of no big 3 but it'd be less frustrating to make continued progress on all your lifts.

How to lower my bf% even more? I've been eating really healthy for three years and while I got more slim I'm still not in that 10-12% range where muscles really pop out and are completely visible no matter the lightning of the room.

>only drink water
>only eat chicken, turkey and fish
>always eat fresh
>a lot of vegetables in my diet, some fruit as well

Try more reps. Eating less won't really keep your bf% down unless you completely eliminate fats from your diet, which is unhealthy. More reps will use the fat you do ingest and will keep you healthier over starving yourself.

The amount of reps I do are strictly linked to what type of muscle fibres I'm trying to get, so I wouldn't change that
Doing cardio would be good right? I didn't do any cardio so far because of some saying that it kills gains.

I got a gym membership so I won't pass out in full kit for SCA.

Currently, I get my ass kicked by everyone. Even the Belegarth (foamfighting) sperglords.

My reflexes suck. I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes, but have been weening myself off of the nicotine jew with pipe tobacco.

Last time I ran on a treadmill, I ran about .8 miles, then stepped outside and proceeded to vomit.

How do I get used to wearing 65~ .lbs of plate and chainmail for extended amounts of time? I'll never pass my trials if I'm the dude that pukes through his visor onto his sabatons.

I just want to be a badass warrior.

I've been there. Be careful with what you do, or you'll end up like me, able to hit with far more force than is helpful, and needing to constantly rest between sets.

The set of muscles you use in heavy are weird and it's a full body endurance excercise you'll struggle to replicate. The solution is to spend more time in armour until it feels like regular motion.

Or just stop wearing so much armour for now. Where I am you'd have the second heaviest kit in the barony. I bet you could halve that weight by not wearing that butted maille.

Anons who had their wisdom teeth removed / got braces: did the procedures affect your face shape? Did you get hollowed cheeks?

What is some good methods to clean your body from toxics which you've acquired by a bad lifestyle.
