Hello guys, I've been struggling with sever anxiety and stuff for couple of years now. I finally manage to defeat this horrible illnes thax thx to my psychiatrist and counselor. I dont wanna u to feel pity for me. I'm here because i wanna start to live my life again. I want form u guys just lil advices how can i get more into shape doing some home exercise. im not ready to go to gym due to anxiety issues still. Please help me to get something about my body. I dont wanna be ripped i dont have time for that. I just wanna not be ashamed of my body. Thx a lot in advance guys.

Is there seriously anything worse than a bad day at the gym? It makes me feel worthless and defeated. I didn't get much sleep last night and didn't eat well either ( was smashin' a semen demon ) and today I failed my bench, only managed two sets of squats, didn't hit the required chinups. Didn't even have the power to do my core workout.

I feel like shit.

I've made good heavy squats/deadlifts sets after grabbing one or two at happy hour w coworkers. Maybe it lessens neural inhibitions slightly? Idk. More than two seems dump and I wouldn't use alcohol as a preworkout or anything

Lateral Raises before OHPing to pre exhaust the medial delt so it gets more activation during the OHP?
