Is it still worth going back to lifting? I heard that when you lose muscle you can gain it back quicker afterwards but I don't know if it's too late.

So link attached is how my diet looks at the minute, I've also attached my lifts from the SL 5x5 app.

Is my diet ok or should I make it 100g oats to up my carb intake?

This is my 4th week back at the gym now. I finish each session with 3x8 chin ups.

My bench press has always been weak as fuck, but I can dip a lot more weight and dips seem to work my chest much better, should I switch over?

Also my squat is low as fuck again. I can't seem to get my stance right, at the minute I'm getting DOMS in the muscle that runs down the side of your hips and into the thigh.

Also how long of a break can I take inbetween reps on squat?

How much do you weight? That's a lot of calories you are eating considering your low lifts. I eat the same amount of calories and my lifts are significantly more than yours.

Between squats you should take a breath and then do the next rep.

You can add accessory work to SL but don't eliminate any exercises.

I appreciate that the article began with something incredibly stupid right at the beginning, so I could know not to take it seriously.

These things are the food of gods.

20 servings of 4 nuggets will net you about 3600 calories.

5 meals a day of 16 nuggets each.

Macros 220/200/200 (f/c/p)

Now to cut down on the fat and salt you take the nuggets and let them soak in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain the water and stick them in a hot oven for 5 minutes to crisp em up again. The flavour is barely affected by this at all.

Add in some fruit and salads or so to get in the green goodies and you are set.

It is honestly one of the easiest ways to bulk up fast and cheap. No matter how auschwitz you are and how hard you find it to eat more, working away 80 nuggets in an entire day is nothing. You can snack away on them whenever and wherever. 0 hassle.

Just take one of the hundreds of calisthenics programs and do one of them. You'll never get huge but you can get in decent shape with time and dedication. It'll be harder than if you could lift and you'll have to be more strict but you might be able to do it.
