How do you lads feel about alternating between intermittent fasting and eating regularly? Like 5 days of intermittent fasting then 2 days of 3 meals a day every week with the same calorie count for each day.

I just finished my 7th day of IF, focusing on eating better as well but nothing insane. 8 hour eating window then 16 of fasting.
Noticing a lot more energy in the morning, easier to wake up early and less fatigue while working out. Cut a lot of BF as well, looking forward to continuing IF.

If it's arm day 4 - 5 sets 12, 10, 10, 8 with heavy weights...

60 push-ups a day

make sure at least one set is going all out - like 4 reps with max weight
>without rest inbetween superset it all with triceps pulldowns
>do 3 sets x 10 of pullups with proper pauses
>grab straight bar or ez bar and do about 5 sets x12 with heavier and heavier weights that do not demand anything more than 1-2 cheat curls per set
let my triceps and biceps rest
>do forearm work with a bar (hold bar arms down and just rotate it with your arms till tired) + bar forearm curls on a cable machine (behind the back)
>back to triceps - do 3-5 sets of unassisted and assisted triceps extensions
>do arnold 21 curls on cable
>go to dumbbells and do some amount of sloped sitting curls
>then see what doesnt feel tired and do that again

Does anyone here have a flared rib? its when both or one side of the ribs is pointing outward. I just recently discovered that I have it on my left side, my right is a little flared but not much. Does anyone know if this is something that can be helped with exercises or only surgery can fix this.

I got a serious eating problem (and no, it's not about losing weight)

So.. I think I have cut quite a lot of sugar from my diet and my brain is sluggish (or AIDS). Noticed almost waves of good feeling after consuming a ton of marzipan sweets at work.
Though eating sugar does not make me good always.
I am worried if I start eating sweets as I did for years (and while not getting fat I think my sweets consumption made my muscles grow less as I consumed very little protein. Looked like 16 at age 25. ) will make my body consume the sugar and not consume meats and proper nutrition.
What do?

Am I locating my problem correctly?
And how to substitute sugar? (for example felt weird all day and now ate a bowl of cottage cheese + 5 spoons sugar + cacao and feel much better).

I encounter a similar problem when I cut too hard. You need to slowly phase sugar out if you've been reliant on it for a long time and have naturally low blood sugar levels. For those who are on a ketogenic diet, this may be impossible. I don't know how they would handle it but I assume they'd acclimate to it eventually.
