Anyone have Morton's toe? It's when your second toe is longer than your big toe, and the severity can range from asymptomatic all the way up to shit like metatarsalgia, hammer toes, bunions, Morton's neuroma, or plantar fasciitis. It's more of a concern for runners and the like, though I've read that it can fuck with your lifts.
In my case it mostly manifests as hardcore callusing at the ball of the foot at the base of the second toe, which is sometimes painful enough to interfere with walking. My schedule won't really permit a podiatrist appointment before the end of the year, so I figure I might try to DIY some sort of padding - any advice/stories would be welcome.

How do I get somewhat /fit/ without going to the gym? I know how to lose weight: Just eat fewer calories than I expend. I mean, I usually eat junk, but I don't eat much of it, so it should be okay, right?
However, obviously I don't want to lose muscle. Now, I'm a manlet and I'm a bit chubby, so I don't want to go to the gym in case I get mocked.
So, what kind of weight should I start at if I purchase online? Would dumbbells suffice? I have a small room, so a barbell won't really fit. I'm aiming to get in slightly better shape prior to gym just so I won't look too pathetic. As far as cardio goes I'll just walk round the park or something.

Trying to quit smoking, it's hard. Smoking became a ritual to start the day for me which I enjoy. I would wake up, make some coffee, play my most loved tracks and I would light up the first cigarette of the day.
I feel that my life is missing something when I am not smoking. Cruising through the city feels lonely and odd, especially lonely, cigarette was like a buddy of mine that would make the day more interesting.

What should I do /fit/? I just got disgnosed with double scoliosis which according to my orthopedist has given me kyphosis and lordosis too. She told me to stop lifting because it only makes things worse and start doing stretches, cardio, pushups, planks and other light exercises. Should I listen to her and forget about the gym completely or keep going but avoid lifts which put too much stress on my back such as desdlifts and squats?
