Redpill me on lats please. Do I need multiple exercises to grow my upper back or are rows all I need?
I've been told deadlifts are all i need a strong upper back but they also advocated stronglifts as a "mandatory beginner routine" so I'm not sure.
as with every muscle it is made up of many fibres so doing different exercises is good to target all areas

I slightly snapped my shit up about a week and a half ago doing diddies (please no meme i fully accept my form was garbage) and got a terrible pain in my lower right back. I iced it and shit for the first couple days and the muscular pain stopped but there's still pain in the spine when I sit for too long. Anyway is it worth seeing a chiropractor for this or just go to some emergency care clinic?

Truth. I had low test, a bunch of fat (still do, but it's less bad lel), several injuries both in and out of the gym, diet problems, and a bunch of challenges related to being sedentary for the previous two decades (mobility, imbalances, general weakness, etc.).
I would say I've had decent progress, because I've gone from such a complete clusterfuck to mostly functional and able to make gains, even though the numbers aren't high (just shy of a five plate deadlift after a little less than four years).
I don't know if it's as bad in other countries, but here in the US, we really need to get our shit together when it comes to teaching kids how to take care of their health. Parents are obviously not doing on the necessary scale.
