Hi I'm looking for advice, I have been running 5km everyday or so and 100 pushups, squats and 10 pull ups not so good in that department.
Just looking for some advice on what exercises I should do to become more well rounded.

Just take one of the hundreds of calisthenics programs and do one of them. You'll never get huge but you can get in decent shape with time and dedication. It'll be harder than if you could lift and you'll have to be more strict but you might be able to do it.

Just make a simple routine where you hit all the major muscles and do it faggot
Pushups and all the variations, pullups, chin ups, dips, there's a whole load of bodyweight ab exercises. Remember, time under tension > number of reps. Do slow quality reps for maximum growth.
