Because the average height for males in the netherlands is 6'0,5'', I think we should design new standards for perfect male height over there.

Myself, I am 6'2,5'' but still feel like a manlet every now and then since 6'6'' fuys are very common over here.

I'm 6,4ft (193cm) and I've always been quite skinny. At the moment I weigh around 150lbs (70kg). Will start going to the Gym next week and really want to gain weight. I've tried it several times previously but I never saw any results and sometimes even negative side effects (Ate 3 McChicken Classics for dinner for a week and got acne). It's really not easy for me to gain weight and I do eat fairly much. Just eating more hasn't helped so far. Do you have any tips what I can eat/do to gain weight the "right way"?

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

I'm almost back on track. 10x3 weighted dips and weighted diamond push-ups with 25lbs. I can do most of the push variations with no issue. 6x4 chinups and rows. I'm planing on focusing on the back more and recover my HSPU. It's so hard to get back to it after a +1 year break. And of course my legs are way ahead of everything. Pistols and single leg deep squats in a few weeks.

You're textbook skinnyfat. Despite being at a "normal" weight, you have a high body fat percentage because you have no muscle mass. Lift weights and and cut until you don't look disgusting.

I recommend working your legs only a few times a month, girls don't care about your legs anyways. If you insist on working legs frequently then you should know that squats not only cause spinal compression, but they are bad for your joints, especially your knees. Just replace squats with leg presses.

I have decided 'fuck it'. Fuck trying to get as big and as strong as possible. Fuck trying to have big muscles. I would much rather be a skinny twink and feel like shit all the time than a strong fatty who still feels like shit all the time.

From now on, I'm eating as little as possible and lifting whatever I fucking can. Strength and muscles be damned. Skeletal mode here I come.
