Broscience is telling me only deadlift 1x per week and bench 3x per week. Can /fit/ help clarify?
Deadlifts take a while to fully recover from.

Chest recovers faster. You can do DLs 2x or more a week if you want but you'll stop pretty quick.

Not an answer, maybe you're a mutant and you're awesome at it.

what about 2x a week? was thinking of swapping out squats for SUMO for now cos my knees have been playing up again
>>41212009
deadlifting takes a lot more out of you systemically, also the lower back takes a while to recover fully
bench doesn't take much out of you systemic fatigue wise, chest/triceps/delts recover very quickly

a lot of programs have it 2x a week, some people can handle it and some can't
deadlift programming is a lot more individual than bench programming or squat programming
generally for squat and bench just volumefucking yourself with enough frequency and some periodization scheme will work, for deadlifts it really varies
