Try fasting with the fiber pills, small strands of shit stuck in the lining of your intestines will come out on the 3rd day of the fast if you drink water and take tons of said fiber pills.

If your diet is currently shit, you don't have a lot of time to improve it. Eat lots of yogurt and vegetables before Friday, then eat a solid meal on Friday at lunch (salad and chicken, a pasta dish, something like that), eat soup for dinner, and eat only soup on Saturday. Yeah it's not ideal but if your diet has been garbage you owe it to your new bf and you did it to yourself anyway.
