Trying to run a 2.4k without slowing down and maintaining a 8-9mph pace.
I hit a brick wall around 9 minutes and HAVE to take a 60 second break.
What should I eat and drink before running that will help me endure the pain?

But take a day off whenever I feel like muscle group I'm about to work isn't 100% back
desu it differs from person to person.i can train everyday but after like two weeks of training everyday i cant perform really like in the first day.i personally like to train for two weeks then take a break for two days so i can let my muscles recover and in the time i also eat more protein high foods and i slightly increase my carb intake so i can recover better.and also i try to sleep more

Based on Arnold's chest/back, shoulders/arms, and legs split along with a lower rep range akin to Mike Matthews bigger, leaner, stronger. I also usually throw in some face Pulls on shoulder days and warm up with hyper extensions on leg days.
Whenever you hit 6 reps, increase weight by 10 lbs for next set. Do deadlifts and start with flat bench on first workout A and Rack Pulls and start with incline on second workout A.

I've heard a bunch of people say that if your carbs are high your fat needs to be low and that if your fats are high your carbs need to be low. Is there any truth to this or is it just broscience?
I'm bulking on about 110 grams of fat a day in addition to 425 grams of carbs and 150 grams of protein. I've been progressing just fine. I'm consistently getting stronger and I haven't gained too much fat.
Is this bad for my health or anything?
