I've heard a bunch of people say that if your carbs are high your fat needs to be low and that if your fats are high your carbs need to be low. Is there any truth to this or is it just broscience?
I'm bulking on about 110 grams of fat a day in addition to 425 grams of carbs and 150 grams of protein. I've been progressing just fine. I'm consistently getting stronger and I haven't gained too much fat.
Is this bad for my health or anything?
