Day 20 of 500mg in the morning and 250mg at night.
I had a good nights sleep today. In fact, despite feeling like I'm about to die for the past 2 days, I suddenly feel much MUCH better now!
I did go from 206 to 208 pounds within a day though.

So I'm doing PPL but my gains are starting to stall around the 1/2/3/4 mark. Was thinking of swapping to a more intermediate routine like the Texas or Madcow thing but I feel like I could do more than 3-4 days/week.
Could cardio work on the days I don't lift? Just an hour of intense walking/jogging a day. I'm roughly 20% bodyfat so wanna chip that down really.
Any advice?

I tried switching to it when my bench was at around 65kg, made some progress with confidence but it was really fucking slow so i went back to my custom GSLP.
I started working out about a week ago and when I'm on my last set, I always do AMRAP and by the time I'm done with my workout, I'm exhausted and I have white lips and I feel like I got a really heavy workout in.
HOWEVER, after just a few hours, I always feel ready to go. I honestly think I could go to the gym two or three times a day and be fine. Is this a wise thing to do or am I going to hurt myself?
Inb4 add more weight. I would if I could but I really don't think I can do much more without failing a set.
Also, I've always been a fast healer and have the fastest metabolism of anyone I know
Its because you started working out a week ago.
You just can't lift enough weight to cause the kind of fatigue that requires more time to recover from.
An anology would be recharging a tiny batter vs recharging a huge one. The recharge rate stays pretty much the same though.
I would guess that you don't understand how people could ever need a 10 minute rest between sets too.

My work is doing a 2 week weight loss contest. Why only 2 weeks? I have no clue, but thanks to my /fit/ knowledge I should win pretty easily. However, just to be sure...
