Is lifting every day bad ? How Many days do you rest in the week ?
You could lift every single day if you want by spreading out your routine over a week.
Personally I do ABCxABCxABCx
But take a day off whenever I feel like muscle group I'm about to work isn't 100% back
desu it differs from person to person.i can train everyday but after like two weeks of training everyday i cant perform really like in the first day.i personally like to train for two weeks then take a break for two days so i can let my muscles recover and in the time i also eat more protein high foods and i slightly increase my carb intake so i can recover better.and also i try to sleep more

I've been lifting since March 4th and I've never taken a rest day aside from Memorial Day because the gym was closed

I've started doing weighted pull ups and weighted dips everyday,feels fucking great desu
