Looking to get some resistance bands for MOBILITY work and stretching/priming muscles

Should i just get the basic red one?

How about getting the green one (one resistance higher)?

Does brand matter?

that green one is good for rear delt band pull aparts and shoulder warmup
if you triple it up and put it on knees you can do banded lateral walks for glutes and shit

thick ones are good for pec lat stretches

I got the green one for hip stretches. Probably the lowest I would go. Rogues site has a table for their intended uses.
