I buy tons of cheap fish like sardines, pilchards, sild, etc
I mix it about 50/50 with salmon or tuna or mackerel or other good fish I like and make /fit/ tuna fish cakes with it. They taste awesome and are cheaper than hell and a great way to get vitamins and minerals in you.

I eat the same thing every day
