No. It was the best way I could think of to bring my numbers down.

It worked on Cholesterol. All back to normal. But my triglycerides still through the roof and my hdl is still low. Can only fix that with exercise.

You only need to lift for strength every couple weeks. The rest should be of varying sets, reps and effort. Pure strength routines are pure meme.

Need a bit of help with a routine

5-11 to 6-0 height, 185 to 190 lbs.

was around 175lbs a few months ago but uni and way to fucking cold to bike everywhere so gained like a fucker(too much /ck/ time)

wanna get back to lean, over the summer betting i could get to a bout there fat loss wise( dont care about weight just intend to build some muscles)

main fat is stomach.

trouble is i just need a routine, i bike everywhere, have my calorie intake low and eat my veggies and protein, not gonna be near a gym for a while +too expensive,


thinking squats, push ups, v legs.

what else can i tac on and what frequency should i go at per week/ number of reps per. not sure how to go about it. liek 10-10-10 x2 4xWeek?

pls halp and give suggestions for stuff to add, doing pull ups/chin ups aswell if i cna find a place.
