is 135 on deadlift for 12 good for a beginner. I weigh just another 135. It really fucked me up and I felt like passing out for an hour, but in terms of muscular fatigue, I could've done more. Will this change with time? The pressure involved with picking something off the ground is just too much. For reference I can bench 155 for 2 with MUCH less strain, but I can feel that the muscles are going as far as they can go. I feel like I can go harder on deadlift if it wasnt for the pressure/feeling of passing out.
Thanks guys. I am new to lifting with barbells, also 5 years since iv been in the gym.

>deadlift for 12
The weight is ok, but what are you trying to achieve?

Doing GSLP, final set is as many reps as possible
If kg then yes
The math puts your max at 190, so I'd adjust your programming a bit so you aren't wasting time with weight that's too light.

>felt like passing out
>but I could do more
So you couldn't do more, you weak faggot. Kill yourself
Don't do such high reps for deads. 8 is about the max you should do, regardless of low/high intensity training or volume.
Make sure your form is good, but yeah it's kinda normal to be pretty fatigued after a good deadlift set. Shit activates your entire posterior and takes a lot of energy to perform.

how do i calculate that?
