I've got the same problem, read about it ages ago and started doing weights - apparently that helps but ultimately it (along with belly/pubic fat) is one of the last areas to go and you don't really know if you've got a problem till you get yourself down to 10% bodyfat. If it's still a problem then with loose skin, the only option is surgery really. (though I have read other sources saying that when you've got to your goal weight, it can take a year+ for the skin to bounce back as much as it can, so maybe wait for that when you get there before slicing and dicing it)
If you have a workout routine and you skip a day or two due to soreness, should you continue from from the day you skipped or start the routine over? My routine is three days with one day of rest at the end. I finished day two but haven't done day three in two days because I'm still sore from day two. What do?

Needing some help with a leg exercise modification!
I have an old thigh injury that restricts my squat depth and doesn't allow me to add any weight overhead. I also am unable to do leg extensions as they seem to really irritate the injury...
I had a floor hockey ball hit my right upper thigh and now every time I squat heavy or do any kind of leg extensions/lunge/etc, I feel a shooting pain down the side of my thigh.
