Oxford, gym is well equipped but p small and often crowded. College gym isn't equipped so well, but it's incredibly rare to have anyone else in there, so it's worth not having all the equipment

If you can drop all additional weight in 3 weeks you haven't really gained weight too fast. I can't really answer that from a science perspective, but I guess it'd just be a pain in the ass to switch diets every few weeks like that. Just slow bulk.

You lose muscle when cutting. Lifting while cutting slows down muscle loss. So yes, you should keep lifting when cutting.
No, you can't morph fat into muscle. There are recomps but they're more about losing fat and building new muscle at the same time, but I don't know enough about them other than an opinion that they're a waste of time that I just pulled out of my own ass.

Reddit never gives me real answers, which program or method to get physically larger. Aside from eating at a surplus which program is best. Is it high reps? More volume? Low reps heavy? Most concerned with size not strength though obviously they're related

I eat a lot, people are amazed by how much I can put down. I have always been tiny, I just figured by this age I would've filled in a bit. It's probably a medical condition but i've never looked into it.

Get myfitnesspal and track how many calories you actually eat in a week. Next week make sure you hit 4k calories a day. It's not easy and on those days you don't hit 4k top it up with full fat milk so you hit 4k. In two weeks the scales will tell you the truth
