Will it hurt my gains to only get 6 hours of sleep? Im in the military and its hard as fuck to get a lot of sleep.
consider 6 the absolute bare minimum,
when I was in the army myself and the best we got 90% of the time was 5 and a half hours, that was the routine.
but in the end being in the miltiary isn't the most realistic place to get and keep your gains, not just due to insufficient sleep but also because of the food
