Serious question here. Im starting my first cycle.
I'm planning on competing next year, so I decided to start somewhere.
Our main coach told me to start on winstrol (tablets), and to take a 6 week cycle.
He told me however, to begin with 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, and 4 weeks on, because of my age and to see whether I have potential side effects from the drug.
Can you guys help me out here? What do you think? Will it be harmful more than a normal cycle?
By the way, I plan to compete in junior bodybuilding competition, which is 18-21 years old in my country. Gotta start somewhere right!

How retarded is eating your TDEE minus 2000 calories? I'm fat as fuck so its actual normal for the average person
so eat at 2500 and lose weight
even that is hundreds of calories more than what people need for maintenance

The process of lifting is always about applying force to weights to do work, yeah?
Well the force needed to move the weights when there is no potential field working against your lifts is much smaller
