Would focusing on one single exercise aday all week long be a good idea?
Like instead of running the cookie cutter wrokout like XYXYrest it would be more like ABCDEFG while hitting the same body part twice a week.
Just for example: Rows, Bench, Deads, OHP, Squat, Curl, Crunch.
Each would have their own separate day, no rest days.
