always that uncofortable feeling just above the glutes when squatting or doing rows.Is it because of core imbalances (quadratus lumorums or maybe something else),or i am just not built for it? I am 100 percent fucking sure no butt wink or leaning forward or backward,using low bar squat though.

Why are gains so easy to lose?

After two months where i couldn't workout i feel like lost over year of progress.

For me the only thing that really suffered was bench and that was badly. I started spamming rows though and they're now higher than they were when I was over 30 pounds heavier.

Not too happy about the bench but I also don't work out 6 days a week anymore. Lucky if I get 2 days a week now.

Though I am still absolutely dyel, I look better than in previous years. However, I get the feeling that I have 0 V taper. I have been working on my back on the regular, so I guess it's frame. How do I make this less obvious? Just more lats?
Any general advise?

You might not be getting enough of something.

Maybe eat food that is higher in calories. You might be missing nutrients if that is all that you eat.

Also, I found myself increasing in hunger massively going from not working out to working out. Your body might need to adapt to the new energy expenditure levels.
