I'm not sure if it's possible, but I think my body got used to consuming so much milk and the acne stopped.

Basically, your "base diet", i.e. your BMR, maybe your sedentary TDEE should be covered with mostly fats and protein.
And only what you need for physical activity should be covered with mostly carbs. (Obviously some additional protein and fat too, but mostly carbs)

Post your fitness mistakes here.

My fitness mistake today: not realizing how many calories Taco Bell fresco style bean burritos have (350 each, I ate two making it 700) and the peanut butter fudge cookies I got from Vons (350 calories per 5 cookies - I ate 10 today, adding another 700 calories) and the saltine crackers I added to my soup gave me another 350 calories. Soup itself was only 160.

Totally fucked my weight loss goals today. Yesterday I did only eat 600 calories though so hopefully this doesn't hurt me too much.

It's not so important to count calories if you know you're eating well and not eating a lot; e.g; 3 meals of vegetables, oats, lean meats or whatever. But why the hell wouldn't you make sure to know exactly how many calories you're getting from fast food before you order?

Alright /fit/, i usually do PPLPPL but exams season is coming and i won't have much time to train for the next month, what's the best 2-3x week program to do the most amount of work in a minimum amount of time to at least maintain my muscle mass, strenght is not my priority.

One of my friends is using a graphic workout to grow dat ass. The volume seems super high for the mix of exercises. It seems like you wouldn't be able to enough weight in on anything with this volume. Does someone have a better program, preferably in graphic form?
