My fitness mistake today: not realizing how many calories Taco Bell fresco style bean burritos have (350 each, I ate two making it 700) and the peanut butter fudge cookies I got from Vons (350 calories per 5 cookies - I ate 10 today, adding another 700 calories) and the saltine crackers I added to my soup gave me another 350 calories. Soup itself was only 160.
Totally fucked my weight loss goals today. Yesterday I did only eat 600 calories though so hopefully this doesn't hurt me too much.

It's not so important to count calories if you know you're eating well and not eating a lot; e.g; 3 meals of vegetables, oats, lean meats or whatever. But why the hell wouldn't you make sure to know exactly how many calories you're getting from fast food before you order?

I'm not eating that much lately because I'm trying to lose weight, but now it's so hard to go to the bathroom. I poop out pebbly poops. Today I ate more than I should have and I had thin long poops that seemed soft but were still hard to push out.
Is there a way to fix this without going full anorexic mode and buying laxatives? It takes me way too long to go to the bathroom and I'm scared of getting hemorrhoids from pushing so hard.
