One of my friends is using a graphic workout to grow dat ass. The volume seems super high for the mix of exercises. It seems like you wouldn't be able to enough weight in on anything with this volume. Does someone have a better program, preferably in graphic form?
If you even do half of these exercises and squats with consistence and adequate weight you'll get an ass.
There's no set program to building mass, but this does seem too bloated if you plan on lifting heavier
