I got a theory on keto/low-carb/high carb
Basically, your "base diet", i.e. your BMR, maybe your sedentary TDEE should be covered with mostly fats and protein.
And only what you need for physical activity should be covered with mostly carbs. (Obviously some additional protein and fat too, but mostly carbs)
